I neglected to mention, there is a third turtle (t3) whose shape (shape =
14) is a color 0 rectangle covering the area of the textbox. In the =
shapetable it apprears to be "missing" - but if you move it to the =
fatbits editor, you'll see what it is.=20

It is necessary to stamp this turtle before stamping the new text, in =
order to obliterate any previously stamped text in that area. You can =
see the command for this in to change.text.
