[MaxLite] New email profile for email migration

Dear All,

 

By way of preparing for impending email migration, it is necessary that you
have new email profile on your computer. 

 

Attached document, "Creating Office 365 Exchange email profile.docx",
contains information about how to add email profile. Please follow
instructions and add new email profile on your computer. 

 

If you are not sure on how to handle it, please check your supporting IT
personnel from "Email.Users.7-24-2019.xlsx" and feel free to contact the
person for assistance. I will let you know the progress as we move to other
steps later on. Thank you.

 

Step 1: adding new email profile  <== We are here

Step 2: Email server information change (MX record change)

Step 3: Backup and download email data

Step 4: Upload and restore email data

Step 5: Attach local PST files to your new Outlook profile (current POP3
users only)
